The Challenge 

PassFort wanted to scale in a way that was sustainable and culture first - which meant starting from scratch on defining their values and embedding them across every single aspect of the People Experience. 

The Solution

We worked with PassFort on a flexible retained basis to help them hire and develop an incredible People Manager and define their values. From there, they were able to define a strong EVP, hire great talent and design flexible, scalable People practices across the People Experience 

Highlights included delivering an innovative approach to Pay, Reward and Performance Enablement rooted in their values of trust, empowerment and growth, and rolling out a wellbeing plan which created genuine openness around the team’s mental health + wellbeing

By using a design thinking approach throughout, we were able to put the Passfort team at the centre of all of the People practices we created + scaled in line with their growth.
